Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@thekattkall.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to send anything back.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first for return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us can't be processed.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Original shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
