Every US order ships free. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after shipping. International delivery typically takes 10–17 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

International orders ship for a flat rate shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Holiday Orders

Shopping for a gift? We recommend ordering early so it arrives in time. Delivery times can run longer during peak holiday season.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders with Shipping Protection are covered: if your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement. Orders without Shipping Protection are covered for damaged or defective items, but not for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll help track it down.
